Family Haiku

Unspectacular
would this day not have been filled
with laughter and joy.

No Summer Haiku

Birds twitter breaks the
sudden silence of a pause
in the constant rain.

Moselle houses

Stones picked from the fields,
piled, darkened by decades,
houses of the land.
